Ben Davidowitz

Mr. Davidowitz has over 10 years of senior management experience and has worked in fast-paced call center environments dealing with services ranging from financial services to technology. Upon his own initiative, Mr. Davidowitz established the telemarketing department of 60 agents for Fisher Investments, a privately-held $40 billion asset management firm serving high net worth individuals and institutional investors around the world. Mr. Davidowitz contributed to the firm's near 30% annualized asset growth trajectory from 2002 to 2006.

After Fisher Investments, Mr. Davidowitz designed the telesales department for Proxim Wireless, a San Jose, CA based manufacturer of WiFi and WiMAX hardware. Mr. Davidowitz augmented the domestic telesales staff with an offshore call center in the Philippines.

Prior to Fisher Investments and Proxim wireless, Mr. Davidowitz has also managed several inside sales teams including the CompuServe retention department for AOL Time Warner. Mr. Davidowitz has also worked on both hosted and on-premise CRM and auto-dialer solutions, including Siebel OnDemand, Salesforce.com, Onyx, and Five9. Mr. Davidowitz is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University.

Henry Chang

Mr. Chang brings to Open Access Marketing over 10 years of professional experience in sales and marketing. In honing his sales and marketing skills, Mr. Chang has worked with various high profile financial services firms. These firms included Fortis, Citibank, and finally Fisher Investments. Mr. Chang's roles within these firms ranged from being an Account Executive responsible for gathering clients and assets to Sales Management with duties ranging from hiring, training and management of sales staff. With Fisher Investments, where he had the longest tenure, Mr. Chang not only helped the firm gather more than 75 million in assets under management but also worked with Mr. Davidowitz in establishing an internal telesales/telemarketing group. This group grew to almost 100 employees in 3 years, generated over 40,000 qualified sales leads which the firm used to gather over 400 million in assets under management. Mr. Chang is a graduate of the University of Southern California and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Paul Rivera

Mr. Rivera manages the day-to-day functions of Open Access Marketing's overseas facility. Prior to Open Access Marketing, Mr. Rivera worked at Google as an AdWords Associate where he built and supported pay per click marketing campaigns of Google's advertisers. Prior to Google, Mr. Rivera was at a venture-backed online retailer in San Francisco, CA. As a Product Manager, Mr. Rivera's primary role was to establish the Bangalore, India office for the marketing, engineering, customer service, and operations groups. Mr. Rivera spent a total of 7 months in India hiring, training, and working directly with a staff of over 50 individuals who now comprise the core of the company's day-to-day operations. Mr. Rivera is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and is fluent in Tagalog.
