Inbound Technical Support Agent
Job Description
OAM is looking for an exception recruiter to be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting of Open Access Marketing. Your main responsibilities will be to leverage various resources to source qualified and diverse candidates by internet, print media, networking, and job fairs. You will screen and schedule candidates using resume screening, telephone screens, interviews, and assessment tools we will provide.
Requirements
4 year university graduate. Fluent English skills (reading, writing) with a neutral speaking accent. At least 2 years of previous human resources or recruiting experience in a call center environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and the ability to learn new software as needed. 45 words-per-minute typing speed. Proficient on Google and using the internet effectively.
