Outbound Call Center Agent
Job Description
OAM is looking for exceptional individuals for outbound campaigns for a variety of clients, products, and services. As an outbound call center agent, you will be tasked with a variety of outbound calls ranging from data verification, appointment setting, lead generation and telemarketing. You will be tasked to achieve not only individualdaily, weekly, and monthly quota goals, but also goals for your entire team. You will also be tasked to perform other duties as requested by your supervisor.
Requirements
4 year university graduate. Fluent English skills (reading, writing) with a neutral speaking accent. At least 1 year of previous outbound call center experience, preferrably with a major call center organization. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and the ability to learn new software as needed.
