Open Access Marketing Philippines, Inc. is looking to hire experienced INBOUND TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES for a growing client in our Makati, Philippines, headquarters. You will be working alongside a strong, American-managed team with over 25 years of U.S. telemarketing experience, and an experienced, dedicated and energetic domestic team of supervisors and managers. We are looking for those with 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in an inbound and outbound technical support role with extensive customer service skills. Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must have 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in an inbound technical support role with extensive customer service skills
  • Must have several years of experience in software or some similar support (cell phone troubleshooting, Internet troubleshooting)
  • Ability to multi-task is a MUST
  • Experience working in high volume call center
  • Average user processes at least: 100 emails per day; 10 – 20 chats per hour; 5 chats at one time; 10 – 20 calls per hour
  • Must have experience working with chat and email system
  • A flexible schedule – ability to work weekend hours

Compensation and Benefits
