Inbound Technical Support Agent
Job Description
OAM is looking for exceptional individuals for inbound technical and customer support campaigns. As an inbound technical support agent, you will be providing primary support services to our cliens via the phone, chat, and email. You will troubleshoot software problems and concerns in the Windows XP environment. You will also be tasked to perform other duties as requested by your supervisor.
Requirements
4 year university graduate. Fluent English skills (reading, writing) with a neutral speaking accent. At least 1 year of previous technical support experience, preferrably with a major client such as Dell or Microsoft. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and the ability to learn new software as needed. 45 words-per-minute typing speed. Proficient on Google and using the internet effectively for search.
